While working in award-winning venues and locations throughout Fort Worth and surrounding areas, my extensive portfolio was developed. As a former Catering Director, Certified Wedding Coordinator, Event Planner and General Manager, I have experience with venue management, contract negotiation, food and beverage details and overall event logistics, operations and execution. This specialized approach will allow any family to enjoy their event knowing a true expert is at the helm.

Month of Coordination Services

  • In-person meeting 3 months prior to event date
  • 1 Zoom call and on-site venue walk-through 2 months prior to event date
  • 1 final call or Zoom meeting two weeks prior to event date
  • Plan Itinerary and timeline for wedding day
  • Vendor Management (confirm delivery times, final details and execution)
