I use my AppleWatch for almost everything! From phone calls, music, a timer to a flashlight; it’s so versatile. I sleep in the watch and use an app called pillow to monitor my sleep. While awake, it keeps track of my steps, heart rate and even how often I stand during the day.
From emails to texts, I am connected all day and my productivity shows it. I highly recommend this tool for anyone looking to accomplish their goals while staying focused on the tasks at hand. This tool allows me to grab a phone call on the go and is super helpful during events and meetings! I take screen shots of agendas and add it to my favorites so it shows on my AppleWatch. The Findmyphone app alerts me on my AppleWatch so I can keep track of our family’s comings and goings.
